the month of March brings us to live full time on the strength of Qua-Resim and introduces us to Holy Week.
This time, clearly marked by penance, in fact, calls us to discern among the many forms of joy and lost-Guire real one, one that opens the meeting with the Life.
We are called also to retrace the Way of the Cross with the Lord, as did Simon of Cyrene and, under the weight of the cross, to look in the same direction.
is the direction proposed to us by Jesus to having to be the yardstick of measuring ¬ tion of our conversion. In fact, sin has no im-mediate connection with the law or the rules, but with the task, with the end of life. That is why Christianity is a message of salvation and not a moral code, because the Lord wants to offer to man the meaning of his life and reveals his fundamental destiny. And Jesus tells us this: the man is the son of God and a son as the destination ¬ not live in communion with the Father. Then sin can only be seen as a contradiction of this friendship, the vo ¬ tempted to dismiss this profound reality, the volersene forget.
